Shipping policy
We know that you want your order FAST! We do our best to ship same-day for orders received before 1 pm EST. We have never shipped an order later than 2 business days after receiving the order. We aim to please. Shipping times are dictated by the carrier selected at checkout. "Same-Day Shipping" applies to all orders received by 1pm EST and delivery times are mandated by UPS, USPS, and FedEx. We can't control their operations, unfortunately!
